Brent Jensen Brent K. Jensen

Mr. Jensen represents self-insured employers and insurance companies throughout all stages of workers’ compensation litigation. He defends private businesses and public entities against claims of serious and willful misconduct and disability discrimination at all Northern California WCABs, and pursues subrogation rights in third-party civil actions.

Mr. Jensen obtained his J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law in 2003. During law school he interned for the Santa Clara County Public Defender Office and the East San Jose Community Law Center. Following graduation, Mr. Jensen worked as a civil litigator for two years, where his practice focused primarily on labor and employment law. He began workers’ compensation practice in 2005.

With extensive legal experience in both disability and employment law, Mr. Jensen works closely with employers and claims administrators to develop customized global solutions that address the overlapping return-to-work and reasonable accommodation obligations in compliance with FEHA/ADA and the workers’ compensation system.
