David J. Carash

Mr. Carash obtained his Juris Doctorate in 2000 from Santa Clara University School of Law. He has specialized exclusively in the defense of self-insured employers and insurance carriers in the field of workers’ compensation since 2003. Having practiced in both Southern and Northern California, Mr. Carash has defended clients at nearly all of the workers’ compensation district offices throughout the state. His defense includes experience in subrogation matters, serious and willful misconduct and 132a discrimination cases.

Prior to specializing in workers’ compensation, Mr. Carash worked for PriceWaterhouseCoopers where he researched and documented federal tax credit issues. As part of the Tax Audit Assistance Program, he worked in-house with several Fortune 500 companies and supported and defended tax credit issues with the IRS.
